Scan & Build

Start with the box, not a blank form.

Point your iPhone at a factory ammo barcode and the onboard catalog fills in the cartridge, bullet, BC, and factory velocity, then builds the gun and load. It works without a signal. Factory velocity is a starting point — verify and true it to your rifle when you have real data.

Live Fire

Your firing solution at a glance.

Dial the target range with the Digital Crown and read elevation and windage instantly — in MIL or MOA to match your scope. A live hit-probability estimate, wind compass, and density-altitude readout sit right alongside.

Range Card

The whole dope card, on your wrist.

A complete, scrollable solution table from muzzle to your max range. Each row shows elevation and wind hold. Tap any distance to jump straight to it in Live Fire. It recalculates automatically as conditions change.

Wind

Call the wind, fast.

Set wind direction by dragging the compass or by pointing your watch at the source, then dial speed with the Crown. Lock it in and it flows straight into your firing solution.

Target

Point and lock.

Choose a target preset, then use the compass and built-in inclinometer to capture heading and shooting angle. Angle compensation is applied to your solution automatically.

Environment

Conditions, automatically.

Pressure, temperature, altitude, and humidity are pulled live from the watch's sensors and WeatherKit — or switch any field to manual when you want to enter your own.

Complications

Dope on the watch face.

Seven configurable complications: a mini range card with eight ranges centered on your last-dialed distance, elevation and wind holds with direction arrows, your target, density altitude, and active load. Each one taps straight into its screen.

Build a library of guns, each with multiple loads. Search 150+ factory cartridges, set a reference zero with per-load offsets, and track group size and velocity SD for every load.

Wrist Dope on iPhone is the complete ballistics app: live solutions with hit probability, the full range card, target and wind capture, and your whole gun library on the big screen. Pair an Apple Watch and everything syncs automatically — each works fully on its own.
